Peptic ulcer: Duodenal peptic ulcer distress is usually improved by eating as opposed to gastric or stomach ulcerations where foodmay precipitate distress. The actual degree of peptic laceration doesn't necessarily increase by avoiding food intake but probably remains the same size despite its symptoms becoming more noticeable. However I would imagine that the ulceration would worsen if days go by without food
