Nasal steroid: Since antihistamine alone does not decongest the nose, a decongestant is often combined with it to provide this effect. Unfortunately decongestant usually raises your blood pressure, heart rate not to mention causing insomnia. A nasal steroid would be your best bet and they all work about the same and will take several days before you get the optimal results.
