My ultra sound results read " hyperemic solid mass on the back of my thigh, what does that mean??

Depends: That is just a description of what the radiographer sees. All it means is that there is increased resonance (can be seen better) and could be due to blood flow, clot, infection, mass. Hard to interpret without more clinical background.
