Ear and throat: Pain in the ear and throat can radiate to each other -meaning throat pain can feel as if it is in ear and ear pain can feel as if it is throat pain. You may have an infection with fluid in the ear creating the fullness sensation. Try a decongestant and if you have fever, see an M.D.
