See a doctor ASAP: The medications you report taking can cause severe constipation. If laxitives and self-care measures aren't working you need to see a doctor to get a safe bowel decompression. Extended constipation can be life threatening. If you can't get in to your regular doctor then consider an urgent care or ER.
