Mixed diet: A good diet does not change much with seasons, other than making use of the fresh ingredients in season. Take a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts; low in saturated fat, no tobacco and no more than one drink a day. Exercise 30 minutes a day.
