A member asked:

On sertraline 100mg. 50 in am and 50 in pm. is it bad to forget to take at exact time and take them at diff times of the day?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Take as prescribed: Best to take sertraline about the same time each day as prescribed to maintain a therapeutic blood level. Taking sertraline inconsistently will cause a lower blood level which means you may not get the desired benefit. I hope this helps.
