Call your dentist: It is hard to say. You had a lot done in one appointment and this could be part of the problem. Sometimes there is pain after an injection. You could be sore because your mouth was open for a long time. Some tenderness is common after a cleaning and fillings. It is best to call your dentist about this. In the meantime an over the counter pain medication may provide temporary relief.

Discomfort: Depending on the extent of your cleanings, the severity of the filling and the injections received, post discomfort is not unusually. If it is severe, or in general if it concerns you, see your dentist for eval. Discomfort should start to lessen, how long depends on the individual, if it is not or getting worse, see the dentist. Make sure bite is good as well. The injection site can also hurt.

Not uncommon: Depending upon the condition of your mouth, the extent of the cleaning, along with the injections, drilling and filling of the tooth and your own pain threshold, what you describe is not uncommon. I would recommend that you wait it out a few days and it should subside. If not, or you have concerns, call the dentist who actually performed the treatment.

See answer: I assume you meant filling and not feeling. Sometimes if the filling is deep, pain can persist. This is not common however. Contact your dentist for advice.
