Hit the gym: You want lean muscle, not fat. There are elite track-and-field athletes who have your height and weight. You can still build muscle by daily resistance training. Don't let yourself be intimidated, but go to the gym and work hard, heavy as you can handle, and folks there will see and respect and befriend you. Eat sensibly and ignore all "pop" advice; "eating more" will just add fat.
