An exam by a primary care doctor can help figure things out. Pain in the right upper abdomen, especially with symptoms that occur after eating, can be due to gallstones or other gall bladder disease. A doctor can evaluate for gall bladder or other problems.

Loose stools for the past 2 weeks. Now for the last 3 days Ive been getting nauseous and some vomiting about 2 hours after eating. Abdomenal ultrasound and ct of the abdomen didnt show anything. What could be the cause? nausea only after eating?
Elevated amylase (250) and liver enzymes (ALT, AST). Normal abdominal ultrasound & CBC. WHat could cause this if ultrasound is normal?

Elevated liver enzymes. CEA was 5.0, slightly elevated. Abdominal MRI was normal as was ultrasound. Amylase also elevated. CEA is now normal. Can this fluctuate and not be significant. ?
