No risk, no worry: The idea that reading, looking at TV, or otherwise using your eyes in dim light might harm vision is an old wives' tale. Don't worry about it. At 29, your at an age when visual acuity naturally starts to deline -- look at the millions of people who start to need glasses as they age. It has nothing to do with computer screens, TV, or reading in dim light.
