Unusual: It is concerning for an O2 Sat to go significantly DOWN with pulse rising. There may be small variability in O2 sat within the normal range and movement can also affect the accuracy of the sensor. It is also possible that the apparent heart rate and saturation on the monitor were initially falsely reading low because the connection was poor and that may explain the pattern .
