Yes indeed!: With proper medical treatment and care by an expert, people with HIV can expect to live a normal lifespan and to live pretty much normal lives, including healthy pregnancy, delivery, and children. Get care from an expert in infectious diseases in general or HIV/AIDS in particular; s/he will also be able to refer you to an ObG with expertise in managing HIV in pregnant women. Good luck!

Having kids possible: It is possible to be HIV+ and have children. Would need to be on anti-retroviral medication at time of delivery to prevent HIV transmission.
