Mixed up: You're just confused about what you actually have, somno-plasty doesn't deal with nasal turbinates. ENT / Allergist would help you control your nasal symptoms, if you have already seen either, a second opinion is your right , antihistamines and antibiotics aren't the only treatment for nasal problems, good luck
