The itch: The itch of urticaria can worsen the eczema, so controlling the itch is of utmost importance. See a dermatologist or allergist if you have not see one already.

Not Benadryl!!!: Unless you need a sleeping pill, throw out the Benadryl. Before exercise take an antihistamine. Allegra, Zyrtec, Claritin. Generics work the same but cost less.
