Enemas: If you didn't induce uterine cramps there was no adverse effects on your pregnancy. It's best to avoid vigorous enemas at this time. Try increasing fiber intake and good daily water intake. Add a daily stool softener.Ask your OB for further advice about glycerin rectal suppositories or dulcolax rectal suppository use as needed.
