Is it normal for a 7 week and 5 days old to sleep 5-6hours in total? she been like that in the past couple days she look tired. she will fall asleep in the boob but won't go to sleep like she normally do. is she not eating enough to sleep? help!!!

See doc today!: Any marked change in activity in a young baby needs to be evaluated right away. Especially if the baby is less alert. Call the baby's doc now and have her seen today, too. If she is worse now, go to the ER. If you are taking any medications, prescription or over the counter, stop!
