By "collagen": I presume you mean "Is it safe to have collagen injections?", typically as a facial cosmetic procedure. Of course there can be side effects and complications (infection, undesired changes in appearance, etc) but they would be no different because of your health conditions. I would advise your thyroid function and blood pressure to be normalized (with medication if necessary) before you proceed:)
