Needs evaluation: This can be due to multiple causes. It can arise from medical problems such as diabetes, urinary tract infection, or hormonal imbalanace. It may also be caused from anatomic blockage from scar tissue in the urethra or an enlarged prostate. An office evaluation will determine the cause and then the appropriate therapy can be instituted.

Many possibilities: Could be urologic- enlarged prostate, bladder inflammation, over active bladder. Could be metabolic - high calcium, diabetes, diabetes insipidus. Could be habit - drinking too much.
