PT steroid injection: Physical therapy can be very helpful, consultation with an orthopedic surgeon would be helpful. Most resolve on their own within a period of weeks. Steroids injections can be done as well. Most treatments start off as conservative. Ibuprofen can help with pain and inflammation.
