Positional: You may have carpal tunnel problems caused by thickened ligaments in the wrist which press on nerves going into the hand and forearm. Arm position while flying must be a factor. A hand surgeon can evaluate you and recommend treatment options like a brace, physical therapy, steroid injection, surgery.

Localization needed: These symptoms could relate to a number of things from the cervical spine to the elbow to the hand. It sounds as if positioning has something to do with your symptoms. Would suggest seeing your doctor who can do an evaluation which could include a physical examination and potentially electrodiagnostics to further localize the issue and create a therapeutic plan.
