Bloating: Gas buildup may result from lactose or gluten intolerance or from intake of heavy fiber or carbonated beverages in your diet. Also air swallowing by making yourself belch leads to even more bloating. When bloated, drinking hot water breaks down the gas bubbles and enables proper passage via rectum and not by belching. Take the gas x one half hour after eating to prevent gas buildup.
