No: That low of a dose is unlikely to be effective. It also depends what you are taking it for.

WHY??: Exactly why are you taking this? There is no answer without the details. In general the dosepak is prescribed by Drs who are very shallow in understanding the condition at hand. There is usually a better and safer way to treat things. As for systemic steroids this is the worst way to dose them and is used only because of unquestioning tradition with little understanding of pharmacology or mechanis
