Strawberry tongue: A strawberry tongue can be seen in strep throat and Kawasaki disease. Kawasaki disease is rare and also has fever, cracked lips, red eyes, peeling skin of hands and feet as accompanying symptoms. Strawberry tongue without other symptoms is within normal limits.
