Having regular urinary infections. v strong & bad smelling, often leads to kidney pain & fever. samples coming back "borderline". nothing in cultures?

Renal abscess?: If Urine cultures are negative then either an atypical organism is causing infections or there may be a kidney abnormality like an abscess! In either case best go to Urologist to check out your bladder and kidneys for abnormalities or boils. If Pus in the kidneys prolonged antibiotic and pus drainage may be required! kidney pain and fever point to abscess!
