Be patient :): Nothing guaranteed, but walking will help bring the baby down and might make contractions stronger. Sex is a tried and true way for many women due to prostaglandins in the semen than can induce labor. You can ask your obgyn to strip the membranes at your next visit. But the best advice is to stay patient and enjoy the last few days to week of growing that little miracle in your belly! i.

If you were my patie: I would admit you and give you cervadil to ripen your cervix over night and then start Pitocin (oxytocin) and rupture your membranes in the early am after the Pitocin (oxytocin) has been started, I have done over 5000 deliveries and the ideal time for you to deliver is 39-40 weeks, so if you don't go into labor by monday ask your OB to induce you , you are far enough along, baby is better off delivered than inside now.
