Hard to know: Possible genetic alcohol intolerance related to a dysfunctional enzyme for alcohol. Have also seen yeast and sulfite intolerances manifest with unusual histamine related symptoms. Usually an intolerance to beer OR wine, however. Overall, somewhat atypical symptoms for a simple alcohol intolerance without another underlying pathology.
