Not so simple: Wart viruses may colonize some people, causing warts, but not other people, in relation to variations of different levels of immunity. This is partly a genetic trait. If the warts bother you they can be treated. If not they will eventually go away. They may spread, but, no, you will not likely catch more. You assume you got them from the shower. Maybe. Begin ASAP.: I don't know how you could possibly be certain as to whether or not the shower is the place that you caught the verruca, but having said that, one thing is certain. If you walk barefooted, you will most likely spread the virus to unsuspecting shower users. There are ways of treating the mosaic verruca and you need to visit a specialist to find out just what is the best treatment for you.
