No worries: The ABO/Rh blood types usually do not matter when people meet, become friends, date, get engaged, marry, and have children. A couple's ABO/Rh blood types do not cause any problems when they are identical. No worries there. The exception is for Rh-negative pregnant women, who need an Rh antibody injection during pregnancy or miscarriage, when the partner is Rh-positive or Rh-unknown.
