No: It takes 3 to 14 days incubation before onset of symptoms. Usual course of symptoms is a week. Because of relation to Zika there is increased investment in GMO mosquitoes which can eliminate the mosquito vector. We now have the weapon to really stop dengue, zika, and yellow fever.
