Probably safe: Combining benzodiazepines (like Ativan) and opioids (like hydrocodone) can lead to respiratory depression, meaning you don't want to breathe. That can be dangerous. But at those low doses, and esp if you take the hydrocodone in the morning, it should be safe to use at those doses. When are you going to stop taking those medications?
