How much water? : The right amount of water to drink depends of your metabolism, your diet, amount of activity, and the weather. The common advice to drink 8 glasses daily is not supported by much evidence. The human body does a wonderful job of telling you when to drink water -- i.e., you are thirsty. Choose water over sugary sofas or alcoholic beverages. Water will not cause Blood pressure to rise.

No restriction: After having a pacemaker implanted there is no need to change your daily fluid intake simply because of the pacemaker or the procedure. There are times when pacemaker patients also have heart failure or kidney failure in which case you would follow the recommendations from the doctor treating those conditions.
