Sinusiris: Denotes inflammation of the paranasal sinuses and the nasal cavity too in most cases, so saline nasal washes, steroid nasal sprays, and systemic antihistamines would help, in either viral or allergic disease, if bacterial infection kicks in, so antibiotics will be needed to hasten recovery, in either case you need to see your doctor / ENT specialist, best wishes
