Probably not: Hi, more info would be helpful such as severity or degree of scoliosis, how many push ups you are doing, & if you are new to push ups. If the back pain is minor & transient, then probably not a problem. But if you have been doing push ups for a while and the BP is new, it would be a good idea to check it out with your doc. If the pain is debilitating or severe, you should see your doc. Take care
