Local Anesthetic: You will be fine with just a local, and regarding an antibiotic you'll have to ask your surgeon since we cannot tell if you are infected.

You should bee fine: For most people this procedure is done with just local anesthetic. Antibiotics will be required if tooth is infected. If so take exactly as directed. Talk your concerns over with your Dentist, the person that knows your situation best.
