Very normal: It is very normal and common to have a few cysts on the ovary. It is the ovary's job to make cysts! (that is where the eggs live). As long as they are small and only a few, they will not affect pregnancy or conception. Some women with many cysts, i.E pcos(polycystic ovarian syndrome) can have trouble conceiving, if 6 months go by without conception, talk to your obgyn.

Ovarian cysts: Women make 1000 cysts or follicles each of which holds an individual egg. However, only one egg becomes the primary egg and therefore the cyst or follicle that will ovulate. When you see your ovaries on ultrasound it is common to see a few small cysts. They are rarely an issue and rarely cause conception problems unless you have other issues as well.
