Yes: I presume that she was treated for asthma exacerbation which however is not associated with unilateral numbness on the arm. If she still feels that her chest is tight, she may need more treatment than just a dose of prednisone and albuterol. If this has been a recurrent issue, consult an allergist before the asthma gets worse.
