Probably not: Sex sometimes triggers urinary tract infection in women. Going directly from anal to vaginal sex can do it, but sometimes vaginal sex alone also can result in UTI. It's not because of infection from the partner, but your own bacteria. He dosn't need treatment. (Unless either of you is at risk for STD, like having other partners recently.) See a doctor for diagnosis and antibiotic treatment.
