Coincidence: Fresh blood/spotting/mild clotting after IUD insertion close to the time of orgasm could potentially indicate 3 things: 1. that the IUD, especially if it was placed by an unexperienced "operator" has been dislogded, 2. possibly all the way into the vagina; 3. that it was present because of the insertion of the IUD, which can be normal andthe orgasm has nothing to do with it.
