Been spotting brown for 2 weeks post iud insertion. when having a bm i notice that the blood is more red& fresh when i wipe. always constipated though?

IUD placement: Spotting two weeks post placement of iud can be normal. In view of the fact that BM made the spotting worse, the following will be recomended; 1. Pelvic ultrasound to confirm iud placement. 2. Speculum visualization of the string at the cervix level. The results of the above if normal will be very reassuring to you as well. Good luck.
