Infection? PID?: Something doesn't compute. Mycoplasma hominis is normal in the genital tract, does not cause vaginal discharge or abdominal pain, and does not need antibiotic treatment. Maybe an STD or other potentially serious infection, such as pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) including chlamydia or gonorrhea. Return to your doctor or see a genitourinary medicine specialist, e.g. an NHS GUM clinic. Good luck.
