Heavy periods?: You have to define "heavy periods" in terms of blood flow, tampon number, and/or time frame. Many women would consider a two day period a "blessing in disguise." However, if your first two days are changing tampons every 30 minutes, then you need to see a GYN MD with the answers to my first sentence in hand to know if it is normal or not.
