Probably okay: Mono often causes some liver inflammation that impairs its ability to breakdown alcohol. However, that is most active in the first 3 weeks or so of the illness.By 2 months out you are likely back to your baseline in liver function.

Had mono w/ high liver enzymes. Got better and went to college. Still have high liver enzymes. I still drink almost every weekend is that safe?
