Sebaceous cyst?: This is probably a sebaceous cyst. Whatever the cause, if it isn't red, sore, or growing larger, probably it is harmless. But see a doctor if you remain concerned. Avoid the temptation to squeeze it or otherwise handle it, which will increase the chance of inflammation and enlargement.
