Many causes : Cramps can be caused from the intestines, rectum, bladder and the female organs. If you are having cramps unrelated to your menstrual cycles this is often caused by nongynecological problems.

The Cramps: Some women can continue to cramp for days after she finishes her period. If this is new for just this cycle, then this might be an isolated event. Or you might have this for the next 2 to 4 cycles as your system gets reset.
