THERE IS OTHER CAUSE: It means the cramps are not from your periods and you need to be checked by your doctor or gynecologist to find the cause.

Uterus is contractin: The uterus is still contracting and you may have some cramps after your period before the uterus calms down and becomes quiescent. Take ibuprofen for pain relief. Warm compresses may also help Best wishes Dr M
