Hard to say: If your throat is sore may need to be checked for infection. Tonsils have a lot of blood vessels on them. Suggest a consultation where you can be examined

Tonsil : Tonsil does have its own artery and vein But if you are concerned please see GP for examination.

Vein: If there is no pain and infection, there should not be a problem. For some reason if there is bleeding then you will need to see a GP/ED

Probably normal: Tonsils are reactive tissues that swell in response to infection so their shape can change depending on your exposure to infections, to minor trauma or just normal ageing and development. This sounds like a normal physical finding but of course its impossible to say without seeing it. If you have no symptoms then there is no rush to get it checked. Ask your GP or dentist when you next visit.
