Many reasons: for dizziness, some benign, some severe. Can be related to migraines and many patients underestimate that theory. If the symptoms is new or severe, then please be evaluated.

Stood up in bathroom and hit back of head on pedestal sink. No LOC, just mild dizziness and 2/10 occassional headache. Concussion or worse?
I hit my head on a ceramic sink near the mastoid area. A week after I went to the doctor had a CT scan which came back normal with mild concussion. I still feel headaches and dizziness.
