Referred pain.: Talk to the surgeon who performed the surgery with your questions, or use HealthTap prime as the question's complex. Often shoulder blade pain is referred pain from the diaphragm. There could be a complication of surgery, or the original condition (afffecting gallbladder) could have come back. (Gallstones can occur in the ducts left over, or in the pancreas).
