Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a physician. If you are sexually active, the symptoms you described are suggestive of Herpes infection. It would be prudent to see a doctor and get tested for not only herpes but other sexually transmitted diseases as well.
